I’m Tom Lowes, qualified osteopath and founder of Tom Lowes Health & Performance.
In my experience, recovering from injury or working towards a health and performance goal doesn’t need to be complicated. I do all I can to simplify complex problems, and offer a straightforward osteopathic approach to help my clients get the best out of themselves.
Over the past 20 years I’ve been fortunate enough to work with individuals in music, film, elite sport and business all over the world, as well as countless families and professionals seeking expert care.
My desire to look after people’s health began after I ruptured my ACL playing rugby as a 17 year old, leading to major knee surgery. This gave me a deep insight into what is needed to help people get back to doing what they love: expert guidance, support, and consistency.
In 1997 I started working as a Personal Trainer, and soon wanted to learn more about the anatomy and physiology of the body to further help my clients. In 2000 I studied to become an Osteopath at The British School of Osteopathy.
After gaining my Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathy in 2004, I then worked in numerous London clinics, with some incredibly influential and forward thinking Doctors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, and Consultants.
In 2012, I pursued one of my biggest interests and gained a Masters Degree in Sports & Exercise Medicine at Queen Mary University, London.
Today, I provide premium home visit osteopathy services across London, Surrey, and Sussex, bringing the same level of expertise I’ve used with celebrities to everyone who needs quality care.
Outside of work, I love spending my time with my family and two young boys, watching all sport (mostly going to The Arsenal!), and walks along the beach where we live in Hove.
Since 2012 much of Tom’s work has been looking after the health and wellbeing of lead actors in the film industry for Warner Bros, Marvel, DC, Disney, Netflix.
